NGOERP offers modular pricing across three service layers — Hosting, Support, and Development. Choose the tier that fits your organisation today, and scale up as you grow.
Hosting includes your fully managed NGOERP instance, regular backups, security updates, and platform maintenance. Pricing is aligned to organisational scale and complexity.
For organisations with annual budget up to ₹5Cr
For organisations with annual budget up to ₹15Cr
For organisations with annual budget up to ₹30Cr
For large or multi-country organisations
Support plans determine who in your organisation can raise tickets, receive training, and get help from our team. All plans include bug fixes and functional support — customisation requires Development hours.
1 named contact (SPOC) who manages the system
Up to 7 named contacts across departments
All staff can raise support tickets
For enterprise organisations
Support plans require an active Hosting plan. Support covers functional queries and bug fixes — not new feature development. For custom development, see the Development plans.
Development hours are for custom features, workflows, reports, or integrations specific to your organisation's needs. All development under these plans operates under a shared IP model (see FAQ below).
25 hours · ₹2,000/hr · valid 12 months
60 hours · ₹1,800/hr · valid 12 months
150 hours · ₹1,500/hr · valid 12 months
For organisations requiring exclusive IP ownership
On shared IP: Features developed under these plans may become part of the NGOERP core product, benefiting the wider NGO sector. Both your organisation and GXCO retain usage rights — neither party can restrict the other's use of the developed code. This model allows us to offer development at lower hourly rates while building sector-wide infrastructure. Need exclusive IP ownership? We offer custom arrangements — reach out to discuss.
A bug fix is when something that should work according to NGOERP's documented functionality isn't working — for example, a report that's supposed to show FCRA data isn't displaying correctly, or an approval workflow is skipping a step. Bug fixes are covered under Support plans at no additional cost.
Customisation is when you need NGOERP to do something it wasn't originally designed to do — for example, adding a new field to track donor sub-categories, creating a custom report format that differs from standard outputs, or building an integration with your existing procurement system. Customisation requires Development hours.
Yes. You can upgrade your Hosting or Support tier at any time — the price difference will be prorated for the remaining contract period. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date to avoid disruption. For Development hour packs, you can purchase additional packs anytime; unused hours from a previous pack remain valid until their expiry date.
Development hours are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. If you don't use all your hours within that period, they expire. We recommend purchasing a pack size that matches your expected needs for the year. If you're uncertain, start with the Starter Pack — you can always add more hours later at the additional hour rate (₹2,200/hr).
Yes — Support plans require an active Hosting plan. Hosting covers the infrastructure and platform maintenance, while Support covers your team's access to help when they need it. You can choose Hosting without Support if you have in-house technical capacity, but most organisations find the combined package essential for smooth operations.
Under the shared IP model, any features we develop for your organisation can potentially be incorporated into the core NGOERP product and made available to other organisations. In exchange, your organisation also benefits from features developed for others. Both you and GXCO retain the right to use the code — neither party can prevent the other from using it.
This model benefits the sector by creating shared infrastructure (e.g., if we build a procurement module for one NGO, others benefit from it too) and allows us to offer development at lower hourly rates than exclusive IP arrangements. If your organisation or a specific donor requires exclusive IP ownership, we offer custom arrangements — contact us to discuss.
We offer a 30-day evaluation period for new organisations. If within the first 30 days you determine NGOERP isn't the right fit, we'll refund your first month's Hosting and Support fees (Development hours that have already been used are non-refundable). After the 30-day period, contracts are billed monthly and you can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice.
NGOERP is currently optimised for Indian NGOs, with pricing in INR and compliance features built for Indian regulations (FCRA, 80G, etc.). For organisations operating outside India, we offer custom pricing based on your operating country, deployment requirements, and regulatory context. Regional pricing accounts for differences in infrastructure costs and currency. Contact us to discuss international deployment.
No. There are no setup fees, onboarding fees, or hidden costs. The prices you see are the prices you pay. Initial system configuration, data migration support (if needed), and training for your designated contacts are all included in your chosen Support plan.
For organisations with budgets above ₹30Cr, or those with complex multi-country operations, we offer custom Enterprise arrangements. These typically include dedicated infrastructure, exclusive IP (if required), tailored support SLAs, and often involve annual contracts rather than monthly billing. Contact us to discuss your needs.
Yes — we offer free 30-minute discovery calls where we'll understand your current systems and walk you through how NGOERP would work for your organisation. For organisations seriously considering NGOERP, we can arrange a demo environment where your team can explore the system hands-on. Additionally, our Early Partner Programme (limited to 5 organisations) offers 40% off for Year 1 in exchange for feedback during product finalisation. Learn more about Early Partner Programme.
