We've been in your meetings.

NGOERP started from a simple observation: most NGOs are managing impossibly complex operations with fragile, people-dependent systems that were never designed to scale.

The founder of GXCO worked in a software development company in 2019, where the team was building a custom ERP for an NGO — the second version of a system that had been evolving since 2011. That project revealed something important: NGOs need systems that understand the specific rhythms of the development sector — donor cycles, FCRA compliance, project-based staffing, field operations — not just generic enterprise software.

After founding GXCO in 2023, we started working directly with NGOs to implement Frappe-based ERP systems, data management platforms, and custom applications. We've sat in the finance meetings. We've mapped procurement workflows from scratch. We've built utilisation dashboards that donors actually use. We've done ODK deployments in the field and chatbot systems for programme tracking.

Across every implementation, we kept seeing the same patterns — the same pain points, the same workarounds, the same gaps. NGOERP is our answer to those patterns. Instead of building a custom system from scratch for each organisation, we've taken everything we've learned and built it into one platform specifically designed for how Indian NGOs operate.

NGOERP isn't a generic product adapted for NGOs. It's a product built from the ground up for the development sector, by people who have done the work.

Help NGOs scale up without losing control.

Most NGOs face an impossible choice: stay small and manageable, or grow and risk chaos. Growth exposes every gap in your systems. More staff means more coordination. More donors means more reporting. More locations means less visibility. The workarounds that held together at ₹2Cr collapse at ₹10Cr.

Our mission is to remove that impossible choice. We believe NGOs should be able to grow — take on more projects, hire more staff, expand to new locations — without losing track of what's happening. Without spending two weeks every quarter reconciling spreadsheets. Without institutional knowledge walking out the door every time someone leaves.

That requires systems. Not complicated enterprise software that needs a full IT team to maintain. Systems that bring structure without rigidity. Systems that enforce what needs to be enforced (approvals, documentation, compliance) while staying flexible where flexibility matters (how you track programme data, how you report to different donors, how you organise your teams).

NGOERP is our contribution to that mission. We're building the infrastructure the development sector needs to operate at scale — not as 50 separate custom implementations, but as shared sector-wide infrastructure that every organisation can benefit from.

What we believe

Build for the sector, not just the client

Every feature we build for one NGO should benefit others. Shared infrastructure creates more value than isolated implementations.

Systems outlast people

Organisations shouldn't be one person leaving away from chaos. Good systems capture institutional knowledge and make it transferable.

Start simple, scale when needed

Not every NGO needs every feature on day one. Systems should grow with organisations, not burden them from the start.

Transparency in everything

No hidden costs. No vendor lock-in. No over-promising. Just clear pricing, open-source foundations, and honest conversations about what works.

Who's building NGOERP.

NGOERP is built by the GXCO team — a small group of people who have worked exclusively with development sector organisations since 2023. We don't work with startups, enterprises, or other industries. We know the NGO sector because it's the only sector we serve.

Why we don't list individual names and photos: NGOERP is built as institutional work, not personal brand. The system needs to outlast any individual — including the people building it. What matters is the track record, the mission, and the work we've delivered for organisations across the development sector.

The work we've done

Since 2023, GXCO has implemented:

  • Frappe-based ERP systems for organisations managing multi-donor projects, field staff, and complex fund utilisation requirements
  • Data management and visualisation platforms that give leadership real-time visibility into programme performance
  • Custom procurement applications built on Zoho Creator, complete with process mapping, requirement documentation, and workflow implementation
  • ODK (Open Data Kit) implementations for field data collection across rural and remote locations
  • Chatbot systems for programme tracking and staff communication
  • Process documentation and workflow design to help organisations move from informal to structured operations

NGOERP is the synthesis of all of this work — taking what we've learned across multiple implementations and building it into a product that every NGO can use.
